Founder of Muse, coach, athlete, designer, nutritionist and most importantly, a woman deeply passionate about helping others transform their lives through movement, mindset, and meaningful connection.

I created Muse as more than just a brand—it is a reflection of everything I believe in. That strength does not have to be hard-edged. That discipline can coexist with compassion. That women deserve a space where they are not just pushed to be better, but guided to rediscover the power they already hold.

My journey has always been about movement and self-discovery. I grew up as a national-level figure skater and gymnast, and I have spent my entire life as an athlete. Over the years, I have tried just about every sport I could think of, from weightlifting to CrossFit to bodybuilding—anything that pushed my mind and body to new limits. Those experiences taught me the value of resilience, adaptability, and perseverance. I have coached gymnastics and figure skating for years, helping others build their skills and confidence both on and off the mat or ice.

Along the way, I became a CrossFit Level 1 coach, certified personal trainer, and nutritionist, and competed as a bodybuilder and CrossFit athlete. I have learned that true transformation happens not just through reps and routines—but through showing up for yourself, embracing the process, and having someone in your corner who genuinely cares.

As a designer, I bring intention to everything I create—whether it is a program, a product, or space. And as a coach, I bring presence. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all methods. Every woman who comes to Muse carries her own story, her own fire, her own potential. My job is to help her see it, strengthen it, and step into it without apology.

My mission is simple but powerful: to uplift women. To meet them where they are and help them move forward with purpose, joy, and confidence. Muse is here to support not just your goals, but your growth—and to remind you that becoming the strongest version of yourself does not mean becoming someone else. It means coming home to who you have always been.
